• Utilize visualization skills to create clear and impactful designs and presentations.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and engaging PowerPoint presentations for clients and teams.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Education: Any Degree

Responsibilities:

•         Assist in planning and organizing events under the guidance of senior coordinators.

•      Manage specific tasks like scheduling, maintaining timelines, and preparing materials for events.

•      Support the team during event setup, execution, and teardown.

•      Maintain event records, budgets, and vendor contracts.

•      Help create event invitations, guest lists, and promotional materials.

•      Coordinate with the marketing team for social media promotions or event campaigns

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination or procurement role
