Procurement & Warehouse Manager

Job Location

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in procurement and warehouse management.
  • 4+ years’ GCC experience in Technical supply industry with MEP experience preferred.
  • Good Managerial, Interpersonal, Teamworking and Training skills.
  • Good Decision making, Problem solving, Negotiation skills. 
  • Good Logical reasoning, Numerical, Technical and IT Skills
  • High and effective communication skills. 
 
Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. Develop procurement plans, assess total costs of company purchases.
  2. Follow up purchasing requisitions with suppliers. 
  3. Negotiate and manage all major purchases & projects and support in all items purchasing negotiations.
  4. Maintain regular improvement on the performance reducing the working capital and find optimum alternatives to enhance the costing.
  5. Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
  6. Ensure that all reports related to Purchasing and Inventory activities are checked and submitted as required (weekly, monthly and yearly).
  7. Manage every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency.
  8. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  9. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  10. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.       
  11. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  12. Follow up the process of the internal transportation of the imported materials and assure right regulations for safety and security of the goods till reaching the company stores and to customers. 
  13. Regular department team evaluation and objectives follow up. To assure on time guidance and max. Output from each team member. 
  14. Maintain suitable staff to meet with the work requirements all the time and to assure the best output from each member in the department. 
  15. Motivate and recognize top performance. 
  16. Ensure that all activities are handled in line with safety regulations. 
Desired Skills and Experience

Sales & Marketing Executive – CCTV - UAE

Job Location

Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. Develop sales opportunities for CCTV solutions, products and services.
  2. Field support for marketing and developing a new brand. 
  3. Deliver effective sales presentations.
  4. Capitalizes on contacts to build customer relationships and business.
  5. Work with team to implement strategic goals and objectives.
  6. Demand Generation / Sale of by promoting projects capabilities in CCTV with MEP Consultant, Contractors, End- Client, Project Manager Consultancies.
  7. Generate business opportunities, helping Client/Consultant to design the System, writing technical specification & ensure timely offers.
  8. Follow up & Acquire orders to ensure linear order inflow at optimum sales margin. 
  9. Maintain client communication and ensures client satisfaction. 
  10. Monitor competition to continually find new account leads. 
  11. Negotiate rates based on budgets. 
  12. Work collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue. 
  13. Ensure prompt payments. 
  14. Follow all corporate procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, submitting regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts and competitive analysis. 
  15. Generate revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets.
Desired Skills and Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
  2. 3- 7 years of experience in Similar Industry
  3. Technical knowledge of the CCTV systems industry trends, services, and solutions.
  4. Demonstrated sales, consultative and technical skills in similar area.
  5. Hands on Sales and Presales experience in Physical security area CCTV and Access control system.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  7. Strong client service relationship-building skills.
  8. Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Negotiation and closing proficiency.
  10. Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.
  11. Independent; self-motivated; competitive; assertive.
  12. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  13. Understanding of market dynamics including demographics.
